These terms govern your use of forcefunction.ai and goforcefunction.com and any communication you have with Force Function through the website, phone, or text message. By using the site or by messaging us, you agree to them.

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
Everything on this site, including text, design, graphics and logos, belongs to Force Function or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Descriptions of our services on this site are for information. They are not an offer and do not form a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase. You can decline text messages and still buy from us, work with us, and reach us by phone or email.
Force Function operates a text messaging program for customer care and service notifications. If you provide your mobile number, or if you text or call us first, we may send you appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, replies to your questions, booking by text when you ask for it, a text proposing a new time if a booked appointment has to change, one text if your call to us ends before we could help, updates about work in progress if you are an existing client and ask for them, and, once the work is done, one text with a link to leave us a review.
Force Function also operates a separate alert program for people who use our Command Center software: the owners, office staff, technicians and field crews of the businesses that use it, and Force Function's own operators who support them, who turn alert texts on for themselves. Alerts tell them when something about that business's own work needs them, such as an emergency job, a booking made, moved or cancelled, a job assigned to them, a call-back that is due, an approval waiting, a payment, a message waiting in the Command Center, a customer complaint, or the day's schedule. Alerts come from a separate number, +1 (213) 636-8187, carry one link to the item in the Command Center, and never carry marketing.
You agree to receive text messages from us when you do any of the following:
We keep a record of when and how you agreed.
Message frequency varies, and depends on how often you contact us and how many appointments or updates are active. For alert texts it depends on how busy the business is and on your alert settings; alert texts go when something needs you and the app may not reach you, or when you chose texts.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages. Your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then stop. Replying STOP to an alert text stops alert texts; alerts in the app continue, and you can also turn alert texts off in your Command Center settings. You may also email legal@forcefunction.ai to opt out.
Reply HELP to any message, or email legal@forcefunction.ai.
Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, your plan and your device.
Give us a mobile number you own or are authorized to use, and tell us if it changes. If your number is reassigned to someone else, let us know so we stop messaging it.
Some of our calls and messages are handled by an automated assistant. It will tell you that it is an automated assistant. You can ask to be passed to a person at any time.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including our commitment that mobile numbers and messaging consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
This website is provided as is. We make no warranties about its accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Force Function is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from the text messaging program.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or the messaging program means you accept the updated terms.
