Force Function installs operating intelligence inside service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, our phone and text messaging, and the services we provide to clients.
Force Function LLC ("Force Function", "we", "us", "our") operates forcefunction.ai and goforcefunction.com, and provides operating intelligence and operator services to businesses. You can reach us at privacy@forcefunction.ai.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional reasons. Any sharing with service providers, such as the messaging carrier that delivers a message on our behalf, is limited to what is needed to deliver the message and nothing more.
If you give us your mobile number, we may send you appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, replies to questions you have asked, booking by text when you ask for it, a text proposing a new time if a booked appointment has to change, updates about work in progress if you are an existing client and ask for them, and, once the work is done, one text with a link to leave us a review. We may reply by text when you call or text us first, and if your call to us ends before we could help, we may send one text to the number that called.
If you use our Command Center software and turn on alert texts for yourself in the app, we may also send you short alerts about the business you work with when something about its work needs you, such as an emergency job, a booking made, moved or cancelled, a job assigned to you, a call-back that is due, an approval waiting, a payment, a message waiting for you, a customer complaint, or the day's schedule. Each person turns this on themselves, for their own mobile number; it is optional, and you get the same alerts in the app either way. Alerts come from a separate number from our customer messages. Message frequency varies. It depends on how often you contact us and how many appointments or updates are active. In most cases you can expect a small number of messages per appointment or conversation.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages we send. Your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop sending you text messages from that number. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Alert texts can also be turned off in your Command Center settings. You can also ask us to stop by emailing privacy@forcefunction.ai. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to work with us by phone or email.

Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us or of using our services, including the Command Center. You can decline text messages and still work with us in every other way.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.
Where we answer calls on behalf of a business, calls may be handled by an automated assistant. When you speak with an automated assistant, it will tell you so. Where calls are recorded or transcribed, we do that to deliver and improve the service, and we handle those records under this policy.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our telephony, messaging, scheduling and hosting providers, and only to the extent they need it to perform that work. We require them to protect it. We also share information where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet our legal obligations, then we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
