Aurelius
A digital being with ears on every call, eyes on every job, and hands in every system your business runs on. It acts before anyone has to ask.
What Aurelius does
Force Function installs Aurelius, business intelligence that runs the entire office of a service business: the phone, the crew’s day, the customers, and the money. Every business is paired with a Force Operator, a person who learns the business and works beside the owner.
The phone
- Answers every call to the business, day and night, in the business's name, in English and Spanish.
- Asks the questions a seasoned receptionist would, and takes the full address.
- Explains the business's services and prices from the owner's own price list.
- Books, moves and cancels visits in the real calendar, offering only times that are truly open.
- Calls customers back when they ask.
- Records and transcribes every call (callers are told), so the owner can replay any call, word for word.
The crew’s day
- Gives each technician their own day on their phone, with directions.
- Sends the customer an "on my way" text with the technician's real minutes, and a running-late text when needed.
- Records arrived and job done in one tap, files photos and visit notes to the customer and the job.
- Carries the owner's own visit checklist on every stop; the owner sees "steps done" on the job.
- Places every address on the map once, and shows the owner where the crew is.
- Suggests who goes next, and calls in standby technicians.
The customers
- Answers customer texts and email, and books by text.
- Confirms by email, reminds the day before, and moves a time only on the customer's yes.
- Sends a thank-you and asks happy customers for a review the morning after.
- Checks in with past customers through the year.
- Remembers every customer across calls, texts and email, as one record.
The money
- Drafts estimates from the owner's price list; turns work a technician flags on a visit into a draft estimate for the owner's yes.
- Gets contracts signed online, sends invoices and takes payments.
- Follows up estimates no one has answered, and invoices that are due.
- Runs maintenance plans, and finds plan visits that are due.
- Writes invoices and payments into QuickBooks for the owner's accountant.
The owner
- The Command Center: the owner talks or types to Aurelius and sees the answer laid out on screen.
- Who has gone quiet; what is waiting for a yes; an update at the hour the owner chooses.
- Approvals routed to the right person, within limits the owner sets.
- A team chat with photos, and jobs kept as projects.
- Settings changed just by asking.
How a business starts
The Digital Identity Report, then the Forecast: a free hour on Zoom with a Force Operator, mapped to the business’s own numbers. Then the Succession Protocol, thirty days, planned as four weeks.
The Force Operator learns the business: every service, price, promise and person.
Built into Aurelius, in the owner’s rules and voice.
Practice calls and texts on the business’s own number, calendar and prices until every answer is right.
Aurelius runs the office, with the Force Operator beside the owner.
How it is built
Customers, calls, texts, email, jobs, estimates, invoices, payments and price history, in one place Force Function built.
Every business’s data is separate from every other business’s.
Every change is designed, independently reviewed, and tested on real calls before a business sees it.
Trusted vendors for phone lines, voice and hosting; Force Function owns the record, the code and the intelligence.
